The Sustainable AI Training Programme — SATP

SATP is not a course — it is a full institutional transformation programme. Five modules across 320 hours and 23 credits, designed to run across 4–5 semesters, with a domain-specific track for every department.

Domain tracks for every stream purpose-built for NEP 2020 cross-disciplinary competency requirements. Project-based, experiential learning model with capstone startup outcomes.

India AI Governance Guidelines 2025

SATP + BirchLogic makes graduates the only engineers trained to comply with India AI Governance Guidelines from day one — sustainability as a first-class professional requirement.

STPI TIDE 2.0 — Startup India

Module 5 creates a direct pipeline from student capstone projects to TIDE 2.0 funding and Startup India registration — with documented sustainability credentials.

Delivery Models

Two ways to partner with GCF

SATP is available via two delivery approaches — or a recommended hybrid that combines the strengths of both.

Option A — Train the Trainer

Build Internal Capability

GCF certifies your faculty through a 40-hour bootcamp. Your faculty deliver Modules 1–4; GCF continues to deliver the Capstone and Ventures modules where industry depth is essential. Best for universities committed to long-term internal capability.

Option B — GCF Direct Delivery

Immediate Deployment

GCF expert faculty and industry practitioners teach the full programme. Requires only a single faculty coordinator per department. Best for universities wanting immediate, high-quality deployment without faculty readiness dependency.

  • Full GCF delivery of all modules
  • Higher annual delivery fee · No TTT investment
  • Can transition to TTT model at any Year 1 or Year 2 review gate
  • Recommended for Year 1 launch in all cases

GCF leads Year 1 while selected faculty undergo Train-the-Trainer certification. Progressive handover by Year 3. GCF continues delivering the Capstone (Module 4) and Sustainable AI Ventures (Module 5) modules where industry practitioner depth cannot be substituted. This is the model that most universities choose.
